Booking Terms – ZamStay Zambia

By booking on ZamStay you agree to the following:

1.Duration – Minimum stay is 2 hours. Bookings under 24 hours are billed hourly, 24h+ bookings are billed per night.

2.Payment – Payment is due at booking via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Zamtel Kwacha, or bank card. Bookings are confirmed only when payment is received.

3.Key Delivery – Digital keys are sent by the host at check-in. Physical keys must be collected from the address shown on your booking.

4.Cancellations – Free cancellation up to 4 hours before check-in. After that, 50% is refunded. No-shows are non-refundable.

5.House Rules – Respect the host's rules displayed at the property. Damage may result in additional charges.

6.Currency – Prices are set in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). USD amounts are indicative at a rate of 1 USD ≈ 26.5 ZMW.
